My wife and I wanted to do something totally different for our wedding, which meant there were a lot of moving parts. We got married at San Francisco City Hall with our immediate family, hosted a lunch afterwards, and then made our way to our family’s ranch in Vacaville for a big reception with friends and family.

Alejandra handled it all flawlessly. She helped us find vendors, coordinated everyone, and created a timeline that ran immaculately. Even when my husband and I were stressed about how to decorate a working ranch, she came up with a beautiful design that highlighted the natural charm of the space. On the day of, Alejandra brought an amazing team with her, which made everything feel effortless for us. She was the primary contact for all vendors, so we didn’t have to worry about a single detail and could simply enjoy our day. She even stayed until 1am to make sure everything was wrapped up perfectly.
