My passion for events began in college while majoring in event management. I had my first experiences in events while a part of the Recreation Club in the Recreation Org executing on campus events for students, faculty, and non profits.
From there I established a 15 year professional career in corporate, community, and social events. Working for some of the largest tech companies in the world such as Meta (formerly Facebook) and Cisco, I gained the knowledge and credibility of executing world class events with a top tier client experience. I’ve worked on events from 10 people to 17,000 people and everything in between.
At the end of 2022 I was shocked to find out I was one of the first people a part of mass layoffs at Meta. So I did what people had been telling me for years, and built my own wedding and event planning business.
As a Project Manager by day I manage my weddings/events as such by setting up my services and workflows ensuring efficiency and streamlined communication. As a PM it’s all about organization, details, timelines, and partner management which directly translates in how I manage weddings.
I'M ALSO A BAY AREA NATIVE AND HAVE LOVED GETTING THE CHANCE TO EXPLORE MORE OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA THROUGH THE WEDDING INDUSTRY. IT'S BEEN SUCH A TREAT EXPLORING NEW LOCATIONS.
